What We Do
While you are planning the event itself (arranging speakers, preparing workshop materials, etc.) and promoting the event to your group, we will take care of just about everything else!
- We help you select just the right cruise ship and itinerary for your event.
- We negotiate with the cruise line for ideal accommodations that match your event, and we negotiate for the best pricing possible.
- We take reservations and process payments.
- We create a dedicated website for your special event with all the details, including information about each port of call, and photos of the ship, staterooms and public spaces. The site will also feature an online registration system.
- It’s your responsibility to promote the event, but we will give you our marketing expertise, including live meetings, teleseminars, email blasts you can send to your mailing list, and promotion through social media.
- Depending on your event and your need, we will accompany your group on the event itself, to help with all the onboard management.
